    1. I agree. If you look carefully at the frames you can see that what Nati posted is not correct. There are thousands of frames available and this is not a match. The shape of the frames in entirely different.

      1. Nati- The frames you are showing are not the frames she is wearing. The frames you are showing are rounded frames. Do you have a link for the frames she is wearing? When you go to the link you have they are not there.

  1. She is out everyday at work and so far has been seen out night after night at restaurants for dinner, and let’s not forget that each public outing is preceded by grooming and styling session. I notice on another blog that George has now flown off to Italy to scout locations. Before SoHo, they were in Washington and a day or so before, Amal spoke in Amsterdam. When the Vogue interview happened George was in another Country. Those babies are only nine months old – and both Amal and George waited a long time to have these children. They will only be babies for such a short time. Yet other than the first few months, their hectic travel, work and appearances seem almost to have escalated. I think of Cary Grant who had his one and only child in his early 60s and basically retired to focus solely on the years he would have left with her. I know you will all say I am being judgemental – and I agree – I am being judgemental. I speak from my heart as a woman who unlike George and Amal never the love of her life and have children of her own. You can’t effortlessly balance new parenthood, career and public life. Amal and George aren’t super parents “having it all” they are super rich and able to buy it all – the nurses, the nannys, the stylists, the chefs. If I was lucky to have have two healthy babies at 39 and 56 respectively and I had untold wealth – I think for a little while longer, I would focus on them…..And now you can all start criticising me – but before you do – let me be clear – I am judging both the father and the mother in this scenario.

    1. I mean who isn’t a working mom and has to travel for work or make meetings especially in our terrible materinity policy in USA where we can’t afford a long time . Yes granted amal can afford to leave work but she did take a nice long break at fiat and we only see snippets of her and George’s life online if not less – I’m sure they are average if not above average than the Clooney’s – not sure if any agree with me

Ps when I travel for work which is a lot I make all the evening events – cocktails with friends and coworkers make meetings and make it work – business as usual here –

    2. There are some truths that can never be criticised. Babies require the presence of their primary carers 24/7… Otherwise, they are not their primary carers. It is a simple truth.

      1. Soos- I really wish you understood the English language. There is a difference between people stating what they believe is fact as you do and it is only their opinion. None of us know the facts of Amal’s life. She appears to keep her cards close to her. When I criticize people like you it is because you pretend to know facts. You don’t.

      3. Jackson, you are so underestimating the Alamuddin’s power. Amal’s family and friends are here, so this blog is read and is being scrutinized, yes.

    3. that’s sooooo extremely judgemental! it is not possible you all really think you know her just because of a few pictures and news! that’s ignorant and cruel! it’s 2018 people!

      1. Pietra, opinions are simply “opinions” regardless of your “ignorant and cruel” opinion. You are funny. Who cares ?
The Clooneys are millionaires (whisky business remember ?) and if they don’t have time or have other priorities, the kids will still be taken care by family members and professionals that know what to do, maybe even better than the parents themselves. These kids will be just fine, they will be educated in the best schools, will traveled all over the world, will have the best chances in life for success, and they will be in the cover of vogue before the age of ten :- )) Their lives will be just a chain of successful and happy events one after another.
You guys have this weird notion that the “babies” are being abandoned simply because the parents don’t spend time with them. Some people are natural parents, and others not so much, but they have money so others can do the daily hard parenthood task… nothing new with millionaires.

      2. Perfectly well said – and sometimes, it is better for children not to be raised by their parents, especially when they are busy millionaires.

      3. Coco2, I agree with you, about everything you said! I just think that we don’t know if she is or she is not a good mother, like casual observer kind of write… and sometimes we care about opinions, she is a woman, like us… i don’t, maybe i am over thinking… o just feel bad when people say somenthing not nice about something they dont really know… thats all.

      4. Hi Pietra, about “she is a woman like us” .. :- ))) well probably that is the only thing in common :- )))) because she is not like any of us, definitely not like me (phew).
I personally can have an opinion about anyone regardless if is a woman or a man. If you want to be especially “nice” only with “women” because they are “women” .. that’s your issue but be aware that your opinions will be a bit skewed..
I understand though that is nice to be “nice” when some of us don’t know this people, although definitely not because she is a “woman”. Yeah .. okay however, all celebrities want our nice opinions and be respected (yeah ), but they need to respect their audience first. Few think about this. Money can buy a whole lot of photographers, glamorous photos, magazine covers, haute couture, exciting news; money can even sue the ugly newspapers, but money (thank God) cannot buy my respect and my opinion. Respect from the audience, from us, is earned, not expected simply because … she is a Clooney celebrity posing everyday at the paps.
This is a blog about her, as a celebrity wearing fashion in every outing, and seems to me this is what she wants, not about twins, motherhood, babies, career, whatever …
Maybe one day, when the kids start wearing haute couture, they will be here for us to know the brands, but for now, they are not useful, sooo moving on to her next fashion outing please. Seems like we are missing a couple of her last exciting outings, especially a party with her mentor, Wintour, and she is wearing something “exciting” and “different” ha ( I am being super nice ).
        Peace and fashion !

      5. Coco2, you express yourself sooooo much better than me! it seems ironic, but its not, i realy like the passion to defend your thoughts. if i lived near you i’d like to be your friend! peace and fashion!

    4. Agree with Casual Observer.
Children are a priority. The white haired guy must be assigned to Amal; to protect, to screen, to get her from point A to point B. He’s now in all pics and all engagements. And now she is back to the “hair toss toss”.

  2. I understand what you are saying, and as gently as I can, say you admit you don’t have marriage or children. I have two adored and much loved kids and have always been a working mom with a working husband. We both carved out time–me more than him– and gave up a lot of fun evenings to be with our kids. I traveled alot when they were young, but made up for it by being home most nights and very present. I had a wonderful nanny for17 years. She always told my kids, ” mommy wants you to do this, or not do that.” We were a team.
It’s kind of easy to leave them as babies, and harder as they grow to be children.
It appears as though George and Amal carve out time in the morning for alone time with their twins. Also both have the ability to work from home, which leaves time during the day to be present. Neither I nor my husband had that option. But I was high enough in my corner of the world that when in school, I could jump out for an hour to watch a play or some performance. I feel for women who don’t have that option.
I also made time for my “girlfriend” time. Every few weeks, I would meet a few for dinner and it was great.
My kids are now grown and doing great. Both have strong careers and family ties.
The point is, that there are lots of ways to be a strong and supportive parent, irregardless of careers. Yes, one on one time counts, as does family time, but people achieve this in differing ways.

  3. I totally agree with you. My son is 19 months old and I started working, when he was 8 months old. But my husband stayed at home to take care for our baby. I reduced my worktime to have more time with my baby. At his birth I was 39 years old ( just like amal) and my husband 48. Long time we didn’t go out. And even now I prefer to stay home and keep my energy for my son.

About the dress: love her business-looks.

  4. Amal is certainly getting out and about. She looks very pretty and not at all tired. I wonder what the push is for all of these pap sessions? The Met Gala, perhaps? I can’t figure out how she has enough time in the day to prepare for work, go to work, prepare her outfits, hair and makeup sessions, be a good parent to their twins and work on a marriage? I understand that she has no money issues or help issues, but there’s only so much time in one day. Exspecially when I read a quote from her stating she will not be interrupted between the hours of 6-8 am because that’s when the twins wake up in the morning. God bless her. It must be one hectic day.

      1. That makes me feel sad. For the twins especially, but also for George and Amal who don’t know what they are missing.

      2. I’m talking about her life in general, not just this week. Also, even when your spouse is away on a trip, you are still working on your marriage. The same goes for your children. Out of sight out of mind doesn’t pertain to marriages or your children, IMO.

    1. yeah I agree, her new vogue cover/article with her interview and poses, and these every day parades with different designers has to be related to her met Gala appearance.
Not even celebrities do this kind of every day street photo-shoot. Her focus now is on being a fashion celebrity.. Good luck with that :- ))
I also agree that “twins” must be somewhere else, well taken care of.

    1. I do love this look. Professional and sleek. She means business. I’m undecided about the shoes.

I keep looking at her shoulders to find baby spittle!! But alas, there is none. She always looks immaculate. When my bubs were 9 months old, I looked like a train wreck walking out of the house and applied my make up driving to work in the car!! I was lucky if I got to brush my hair before leaving the house. And cardigans were my go-to cover up of baby spittle on my shoulders. I miss those days!!😂
