She looks really pretty in the last pic and always had that ” it ” factor, but I still can’t help but wonder if she had rhinoplasty and her teeth fixed because she looks very different in the first picture .

No, she didn’t. Under certain light, it shows a slight uneven teeth alignment. And regarding her nose, when you lose a lot of weight and with time, your nose shape evolves. Compare your pictures from your 20’s picture to your 30’s, you will notice nose changes.

She absolutely had a nose job. It’s more noticeable when you see older pics of her in profile. One of the better nose jobs that I’ve ever seen.
